H.E. RIYAD AL MUBARAK

Riyad is a seasoned public accountant and a civil servant with a career spanning across the professional, private, and public sectors in the KSA and the UAE. He started his career in 1998 in the Big 4 Firms where he had gained extensive experience in providing auditing, accounting, and management advisory services to many clients in a wide variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Utility, Financial Institutions, Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Real Estate.

In 2016, Riyad was appointed as Member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Department of Finance. He also served as a Member of the Supreme Petroleum Council (SPC) of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund (ADRPBF). ​​​After serving his terms in the public service, In 2019, Riyad, alongside a group of prominent professionals from the KSA and the UAE, established “RAI” as a multinational company with the aim to pioneer the next generation of accounting and consulting practices that enable the future readiness of organizations and enhance their ability to address economic and social challenges.

AHMAD DAHABIYEH

Ahmad is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur, with a career spanning through Big 4s, SWFs, and the Public Sector, and is a USA Certified Public Accountant (CPA). As Chief Executive Officer of RAI, he leads the expansion and growth of the business across all service lines and geographies.

Ahmad specializes in large scale transformations and turnarounds of Corporations and Government Entities. Prior to joining RAI, Ahmad was a Senior Partner at EY leading the Abu Dhabi Market, as well as, being a Global Client Service Partner for large clients such as Mubadala, Etihad Airways, and Abu Dhabi Government. In Previous roles, Ahmad held senior executive positions in the Government of Abu Dhabi and Mubadala.

Aside from his professional life, Ahmad is a Certified Automotive Mechanic and owns a garage that restores Classic American Muscle Cars. He is also a Restaurateur, owning a number of restaurants and cafes.

ASHRAF ERADHUN

Ashraf is the practice leader of RAI Audit, one of the largest audit firms in UAE. In his role, Ashraf is responsible for developing and running the audit practice, focussing relentlessly on the highest quality audits in enhancing trust in the profession.

Ashraf leads some of the firm’s largest audits ensuring exceptional service by being personally extensively involved throughout the audit and supported by a team of experienced personnel and experts. His clients include some of the world’s major oil and gas and multinational asset management companies.

Ashraf works with a diverse team of approximately 70 locally based personnel. As the most important asset of the firm, Ashraf is personally invested in ensuring that the firm provides the best working experience through a transparent career journey, continuous talent development, and ensuring staff welfare.

Prior to joining RAI, Ashraf was a partner with a Big 4 firm leading assurance engagements of some of the firm’s biggest clients, including large listed companies. He also held the role of IFRS technical executive supporting teams and clients on technical matters.

Chief Operating Officer - RAI Digital

ALEX COLLINS

Alex is a seasoned executive and ex. Big 4 Partner, with over 15 years experience growing and leading Consulting teams and businesses. As Chief Operating Officer of RAI Digital, a future-ready digitally native enabler, he leads the international operations for the business and drives the talent agenda, building a world-class national workforce.

Alex has worked with Governments across the Middle East and the UK, shaping and delivering digital programs that unlock tangible economic and social benefits. His primary focus has been on delivering strategy, digital transformation, and innovation projects. Prior to joining RAI Digital, Alex was a Partner with EY based in the United Arab Emirates where he founded and built the EY Growth Solutions innovation & digital business unit focused on asset-based consulting and building digital products for private and public organizations as part of digital transformation programs.

Alex has a deep passion for people, having designed and led strategic talent programs throughout his career, as well as being a master facilitator and coach in a number of international leadership and talent development programs.

ABDERRAHIM EL MORABIT

Abderrahim leads the Technology Risk – Audit Practice at RAI after having worked as an IT Internal Auditor in Oil and Gas field and having strong experience in BIG4 in Paris. He has taken part in numerous internal control and Information Systems external audits with more than 15 years of experience in IT Audit. He developed his experience in the field of IT audit by working for mainly CAC 40 companies where he was able to implement audit approaches integrating Data Analytics techniques.

As Director Technology Risk, Abderrahim leads a team that develops IT Audit procedures using the best solutions of the market (SAP, ORACLE, MICROSOFT…), forensic data technology and systems, and Cybersecurity assessment to support RAI client finance functions.

Founder and lead of the Technology Risk Department, he has created the IT audit methodology for the entire audit firm. He has developed the conception and validation of the IT audit strategy for more than 100 engagements in his current and previous experiences. Abderrahim assists Information Systems, Finance, Audit, and Internal Control Departments in evaluating and reinforcing their risk management systems. He is responsible for the management and delivery of IT and business process audits to ensure business risks were recognized and appropriately managed.

Abderrahim has a strong involvement to the global network of IT auditors and is certified CISA, CRISC, Cloud ERPs, and Cybersecurity

Omar is a seasoned executive with over 14 years of experience working with clients to conceptualize & realize complex strategies, programs, initiatives, and spin-off entities. His significant experience equips Omar with a pointed set of specializations. From a Knowledge Perspective, Omar focuses on high impact, future-proof economic growth encompassing an intimate understanding of the future of work, innovation, and Government. From a Service Delivery perspective, Omar is highly proficient in shaping corporate & business strategies, end-to-end conceptual design, and complex proposition design.

As RAI Digital’s Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, Omar is ideally placed to work within our leadership team to drive the firm’s strategic & innovation-centric ambitions while overseeing our growing ecosystem of partners and maintaining excellence across our delivery teams. Omar also leads our Business Consulting team focused on tackling our client’s most pressing challenges within the UAE and the region.

Omar has worked within the Middle East, with particular emphasis on serving the UAE & KSA markets. His experience spans the formulation of national sector-led strategies, the creation & operationalization of new government entities, and the design & operation of a multitude of innovation-led programs for the Government. Prior to joining RAI Digital, Omar was a senior executive with EY, based in the UAE, where he supported in articulating and growing the firm’s next generation of innovation-led strategies, digitally-enabled solutions, and service offerings.

Tony is a global, product management executive with over 20 years of experience leading end-to-end development of digital products. As Chief Product Officer of RAI Digital, a future-ready digitally native enabler, he serves as the strategic visionary and advocates for our portfolio of digital products. He leads the product management team to facilitate the creation of innovative, digital solutions that solve problems and generate results utilizing best Agile practices.

Tony has worked with global companies shaping and delivering digital programs that deliver tangible value to the company and to the users utilizing them. Prior to joining RAI Digital, Tony was Head of Product at Boeing for Enterprise Analytics within the Information Technology and Data Analytics team, where his team of 23 supported both Boeing Commercial Air and Boeing Defense, Space, & Security’s predictive and prescriptive analytics platforms. Before that, Tony led the eSports tools and platform division within Hasbro, where he led the technical and product execution that served 30m players globally.
